Dellner Glass Solutions offers a comprehensive design and advisory service, supported by our in-house Technical Teams, which begins at the customer enquiry stage all the way through to project delivery and after sales support.

Consett Manufacturing Site

We have an extensive range of glass manufacturing equipment which provide extensive capabilities to manufacture the most complex of products.

These machines are operated by a multi-skilled workforce who understand how to process and handle glass materials with care and precision.

For glass lamination we have a number of temperature and humidity controlled ‘clean rooms’ to ensure our glass laminates are of the highest quality every time.

Our manufacturing processes are fully certified to ISO 9001 and we also hold ISO 45001:2018 certification, recognising the health and safety of our employees is of paramount importance.

Tamworth Manufacturing Site

Our range of CNC equipment, welding sets, powder coating plant and bonding machines are operated by our skilled work force and underpin our ability to achieve customer quality expectations.

Our manufacturing processes are fully certified to ISO 9001 and we hold the environmental standard, ISO 14001 ensuring all of our activities are focused on our environmental responsibilities.

We undertake a number of specialist operations on site at Tamworth, with our welding and bonding activities accredited to international standards.

Our welding is accredited to EN15085 Class 2 and Bonding to DIN 6701 Class 1, ensuring that safety critical products using these special processes are fully controlled and managed from start to finish.
